Yi Shimei floor tile special tile adhesive is made of cement, selected fine aggregate and polymer additive. It has strong adhesion and good construction performance. The material is smooth, easy to construct and easy to lay. It can be used for the construction of the base surface with a thickness of 5-15mm. It is an ideal floor tile bonding mortar.

Applicable to indoor and outdoor enamel floor, mortar layer ground paste stone, ceramic tile, vitrified brick and other materials.

Performance characteristics:

Primer interface agent EPP108

In order to ensure better results, it is recommended to apply Primer EPP108 on the mortar layer or concrete surface. PrimerEPP108 is a water-based high molecular polymer with ultrafine particles. It has good adhesion to inorganic materials such as cement and excellent permeability. It can increase the adhesion between layers and layers of cement materials. The back cover of the porous surface avoids the rapid loss of moisture due to the base cause during the construction of the cement mortar and affects the quality.

Base surface treatment:

◇ Make sure the substrate is firm and flat, no empty drum, clean on the base surface, no stains such as oil, release agent, floating dust and loose materials;

◇ The substrate defect is recommended to be repaired with an adhesive beforehand, and the protrusion is given for knocking out;

◇ Wash and moisten the base surface with water to the saturation, but not clear water; the ground and cement mortar surface should reach the strength before construction;

◇ Brushing E-mailing EPP108, it is recommended to use a roller brush to evenly coat the substrate on the base surface;

◇ After the general primer coating is completed, the follow-up work should be completed in a short period of time to avoid dust, sand and gravel and other accumulation on the primer surface, causing secondary pollution;

Dosage per square meter: the amount is about 0.1-0.15kg/m2.

Stirring:

In a suitable container, first inject a good amount of clean water, then slowly add Yi Shimei floor tile binder dry powder according to the proportion, stir well with low speed at the electric stirrer, stir the powder until evenly agglomerated, no Precipitate thick slurry; stand for 3-5 minutes, stir for 1-2 minutes to use. (Remember not to stir over time, depending on environmental factors, you can adjust the amount of water, but not too much or too little).

Note: The glue that has been added with water is used up within 1-2 hours. It is forbidden to mix the dried glue with water and stir it.

Construction:

Before the construction, it is determined that there is no clear water on the surface of the substrate. After the interface agent EPP108 is applied, the stirred paste-like adhesive is evenly coated on the construction surface;

The adhesive is evenly applied to the substrate with a professional toothed blade to form a stripe. (10×10mm, 15×15mm, if the back of the tile is too uneven or the area is large, it is recommended to apply double-sided coating), and ensure that the thickness of the adhesive is greater than 5mm.

◇ Apply about 1-2m2 each time. During the opening time (20~30 minutes), press the tile on the base surface, gently tap the tile with elastic and flat plate, so that each tile is evenly and firmly stuck on the tile. On the joint, ensure 100% coverage of the back of the brick;

◇Ceramic tile During the adjustment time, the position of the tile can be adjusted; after the tile adhesive is completely dried (about 24 hours), the caulking process can be carried out; within 24 hours of construction, heavy load should be avoided on the tile surface.

Remark: When the ground is built with a serrated boring tool, the construction is carried out with a 10~15mm boring tool. Dosage: about 1.5kg/m2/mm thick.

◇ Construction temperature: +5～+35°C.

◇ Save Store in a dry, cool place; the shelf life of unopened products is 12 months.
