EasyPlas Powerful Tile Adhesive is made of cement, selected fine aggregate and polymer additives. It has excellent adhesion and anti-slip ability. It can be used to paste fine water with low water absorption inside and outside. Bricks, enamel bricks and porcelain tiles.

Note: The above tests all use the corresponding water absorption rate of Vanke collection ceramic tile samples as test bricks, the test operation is based on "ceramic wall and floor tile adhesive" JC/T547-2005.

Base surface treatment:

◇ Make sure the substrate is firm and flat, no empty drum, clean on the base surface, no stains such as oil, release agent, floating dust and loose materials;

◇ Base Substrate defects are recommended to be repaired with adhesive beforehand, and protrusions are given for knockout;

◇ Wash and moisten the base surface with clean water to the saturation, but there must be no clear water; the shear wall and cement mortar surface should reach the strength before construction.

Note: The shear wall or the surface of the dense wall needs to be treated with an interface (such as a wall with oily release agent remaining).

Stirring: In a suitable container, first inject a good amount of water, then slowly add EasyPlas dry powder according to the proportion, stir well with low speed at the electric stirrer, stir the powder until evenly agglomerated, no precipitated thick slurry Shape; stand for 3-5 minutes, stir for 1-2 minutes to use. (Remember not to stir over time, depending on environmental factors, you can adjust the amount of water, but not too much or too little).

Note: The glue that has been added with water is used up within 1-2 hours. It is forbidden to mix the dried glue with water and stir it.

construction:

◇ Determine Before the construction, make sure that there is no clear water on the surface of the substrate, and evenly mix the paste with a thin layer on the construction surface.

◇ Use a toothed spatula to evenly distribute the adhesive on the substrate and pull it into stripes. (Select the type of scraper according to the thickness and size of the tile: 4×4mm, 6×6mm, 10×10mm. If the back of the tile is too uneven or the area is large, it is recommended to apply double-sided coating), and ensure the thickness of the adhesive is 3~5mm.

◇ Apply about 1-2m2 each time. During the opening time (20~30 minutes), press the tile on the base surface and gently tap the tile with a flexible and flat plate so that each tile is evenly fixed. On the tile adhesive, ensure 100% coverage on the back of the brick.

◇ Ceramic tile During the adjustment time, the position of the tile can be adjusted; after the tile adhesive is completely dried (about 24 hours), the caulking process can be carried out; within 24 hours of construction, heavy load should be avoided on the tile surface.

Note: When using a serrated trowel, please select the type of trowel according to the size of the tile:

4×4mm (mosaic) about 2.70kg/m2

6×6mm (200×200 tiles) about 4.05kg/m2

8×8mm (200×200～600×600 tiles) about 5.90kg/m2

10×10mm (600×600 or more) about 6.75kg/m2
